A Tourism Transfer licence is for a passenger transfer service (not charter) using a vehicle with fewer than 12 passenger seats and the transport provided is part of a tourism business. Tourism must be the primary purpose of the business and customer transfer must be necessary for it’s operation.
Examples include wine, shopping or heritage precinct tours.
The vehicle could also be used by a company that provides a tourist attraction such as a hot air balloon service to pick-up and drop-off guests. A hotel business may also wish to use this licence to transport their guests to and from the airport.

Information regarding your primary tourism business and
A Vehicle Maintenance Program and Fatigue Management Program for drivers should be attached.
