Freight and logistics council of Western Australia

The State Government has established the Freight and Logistics Council of Western Australia.

The new group consolidates previous modal councils and reflects the trend in industry towards broad-based freight logistics outcomes. The objective of the Council is to enhance strategic policy outcomes to the benefit of both Government and industry through ongoing liaison at a senior level between public and private sectors.

A permanent web presence will soon be established for the Council and this will contain details of the group and its work.
